Globalisation is one of the most important challenges of the world that young people are growing up into. Their lives are partly defined by it - work opportunities, corporate logos on clothes etc, but they are also going to define its future direction; the use of those connections, technologies and cultural possibilities that increasingly blur the global with the local.

These materials have been devised by geography teachers with the geography and citizenship curricula in mind. They include activities and information aimed at stimulating and supporting classroom work on globalisation, and the many questions it raises.
